How do I make changes to my unit order?

Whether you can make changes will depend on the status of the order.


If your order has not been submitted: 

  • Go to the 'Popcorn Orders and Returns' tab on the left-hand navigation menu. 
  • If you previously started the order, click View next to the order you want to adjust.
  • Use the 'Order Adj' column to edit the quantities in the 'Final Order Quantities' column by entering positive or negative integers (ex: "1" or "-1"). 
  • The 'Final Order Quantities' column will update as you enter quantities in the 'Order Adj' column. 
  • Click the 'Save as Draft' button to return and make more changes or click the 'Submit' button to send the order to your Council for approval.


If your order is 'Pending approval': 

  • You can still change your unit order if it's pending Council approval. See above for instructions. 
  • Once you make the needed changes, click the 'Submit' button. 
  • This order will overwrite what was previously submitted for approval.


If your order is 'Approved': 

  • Once the Council has approved the order, the system will no longer allow you to make changes. 
  • Please contact your local Council to see if there's still time to make changes.
