How do I find a previously claimed gift card?

To have your code resent:

In the app: Click Rewards > click Gift Cards > click Email Gift Card History. 

On the website (https://portal.trails-end.com/): Click Rewards > scroll to the bottom > click Email Gift Card History.

You will receive an email. Click the 'Download Gift Card History' to retrieve your new code. The code will be in Column C. 

Tip: Check spam/junk folders.

Tip: The email will go to the email address on the account. Ensure your account email address is correct.

Tip: Gift card links are time sensitive, however you can always request a new Gift Card History be sent.
