I tried to claim my gift card and didn't get the email.

You can request the email to be sent again through the Trail’s End App. Before sending, check the following:

  • Verify the email that is associated with your Scout account. You can find this in the Settings section of the Trail’s End App.
  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for the email.
    • Look for an email from one of the following:
      • marketing@trails-end.com (for rewards claimed before 6/24/25)
      • noreply@tangocard.com (for rewards claimed after 6/24/25)


Resend email from the Trail’s End App

  1. Tap on the Rewards Level section of the app dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the My Claims History section. Find the reward that you didn’t receive.
  3. Tap on that reward in the history. You’ll see a confirmation modal verifying you want to send an email with that reward link. The email will be sent to the email associated with your Scout account when you claimed your reward.
