How does the Trail's End Rewards program work?

Overview

Scouts earn points by recording sales in the Trail's End App. Scouts choose the prizes they want with 15 choices of eGift Cards and Prepaid Cards. 

Earning Points

• Scouts earn points as described on the Rewards flyer.
• Bonus points may also be earned through various Promotions.
• Each Scout must have their own account. 
  • Only one Scout per account is allowed.
  • Scouts sharing an account are not eligible for rewards and will forfeit all prizes.

Submission (Unit Leaders)

• Unit Leaders confirm Scout sales and submit the reward order in the Trail’s End Leader Portal.
• Submission deadline: December 5 of the sales year.

Claiming Rewards (Scouts)

• Once Unit Leaders submit and Trail’s End approves rewards, Scouts can claim them in the Trail’s End App.

• Deadline: June 30 of the following year (Example: 2025 sales must be claimed by June 30, 2026).
• When the reward is claimed in the Trail's End App, an email will be sent with a link to redeem the rewards at Tango (tangocard.com)
• Emails are sent to the email address on the account
• Please make your selection carefully. Egift cards canned be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

• Click the link in the email to redeem your rewards at Tango

Important Notes

• Redemption for Mastercard will require creating an account.
• Mastercard eGift cards expire 6 months from redemption and cannot be replaced. 
• Mastercard only: Physical cards are available for a $3 fee
