Ensure all Scouts working are registered for the shift. If your unit splits storefront sales by Shift, Day, or Year, it does not matter which Scout records the sales; they will get credit for the sales accordingly.
If your split is individual, the Scout that records the sale gets the credit for the sale. Therefore, be sure the correct Scout records the sale.
