As a Scout, on the app:
1. Click Orders in the Wagon Sales tab.
2. Click the arrow next to the order.
3. Click 'Refund'.
Alternatively, swipe left on the order.
As a Scout, on https://portal.trails-end.com/:
1. Scroll to the Wagon Sale Orders section on the Wagon page.
2. Click on 'Refund' next to the order.
As a leader, on https://portal.trails-end.com/:
1. Find the Scout in the list on your Dashboard.
2. Click the arrow next to the Scout and 'View Orders'.
3. Click 'Refund' next to the order.
There are time constraints for processing a refund. If the system does not allow a refund, please contact support@trails-end.com for further assistance.
