A Scout has a registered account but is missing from the Scout Roster.

Please have the Scout or parent check to ensure the Scout is registered to the correct Unit type (Pack/Troop/Crew) and number.


If needed, the Scout can update their Unit information.  

In the app, go to 'Settings' and then 'Change Unit'. 

On the website, click the down arrow under the profile picture and click 'Change Unit'.


If this does not resolve the issue, please send the Scout's username and Council, District, and Unit to support@trails-end.com so we can investigate further.
