A Scout has a registered account but is missing from the Scout Roster.

Please have the Scout or parent check to ensure the Scout is registered to the correct unit type (pack/troop/crew) and number.


If needed, the Scout can update their unit information.  

In the app, go to 'Settings' and then 'Change Unit'. 

On the website (https://portal.trails-end.com/), click the down arrow under the profile picture and click 'Change Unit'.


If this does not resolve the issue, please send the Scout's username and Council, district, and unit to [email protected] so we can investigate further.
