Can I move a Scout to different Unit if they already have a sale?

This depends on many factors. Some instances where a Scout will not be able to move are: if they have a storefront sale, if they have inventory assigned to them, if they have made a parent credit payment, or if the unit leader has submitted rewards. 

Please contact us at with the Scout's username or name, Council, district, and unit to review the account and provide more information.
