Can multiple users share an account?

Families with multiple users will need to create an account for each user. Accounts are per Scout, not per family. 

Multiple accounts can be created using the same email address but must have unique usernames. 

In the app, if you are currently logged in to a Scout Account:

  • Click the drop-down arrow next to the Scout's name.
  • Click 'Switch User'.
  • Click 'Add another user'.
  • Proceed with registration by clicking 'Register' on the main login screen.

If you are not currently logged in to a Scout Account:

  • Open your Trail's End app.
  • Click 'Register' on the main login screen .
  • Proceed with registration.

You can simultaneously sign in multiple users in the app to easily toggle between the accounts for recording sales. 

After registering both users, follow these instructions for logging in multiple users:

  • Once signed in, at the top of the screen, click the drop-down arrow next to the Scout's name and choose 'Switch User'
  • Now, click "Add another user" and sign in with your next user's credentials.
  • If you click the top drop-down menu, you can click "Switch User" to go between them or add another user.
  • Repeat for any additional users in your family.
