Can I move a Scout to different Unit if they already have a sale?

This depends on many factors. Some instances where a Scout will not be able to move are: if they have a storefront sale, if they have inventory assigned to them, if they have made a Cash to Credit payment, or if the unit leader has submitted rewards.
