Where Can I Find Store Scheduling Agreements?

For Unit Leaders (Leader Portal)

Steps

  1. Go to Manage Storefronts™.

  2. Find the store in your list of reservations.

  3. Click the down arrow under the store.

  4. Select Agreements.

  5. Click the file name to view it on screen or download a copy.


For Scouts and Parents (Trail’s End App)

Scouts and parents can view storefront agreements directly in the Trail’s End app.

Steps

  1. Tap Storefronts on the app dashboard.

  2. On the Upcoming Shifts page, tap the storefront you want to view.

  3. Review the shift details, then tap Storefront Agreements.

  4. If there is one agreement, it will open automatically.

  5. If there are multiple agreements, select the one you want to view.


Should I Call the Store to Confirm My Reservation?

No. Unit leaders should not contact stores to confirm reservations.

Trail’s End provides stores with a single point of contact for the season. This:

  • Protects relationships with store partners

  • Prevents stores from being overwhelmed with calls

  • Ensures consistent communication


How Trail’s End Confirms Reservations

Stores with Email Contacts

Trail’s End sends:

  • Confirmation email at booking and when hours are loaded

  • Reminder emails 6 weeks and 3 weeks before sales begin

  • Full schedule 1 week before the first sale date

  • Weekly schedules during the season

Schedules include the units assigned and unit leader contact information.


Stores Without Email Contacts

  • Reservations are confirmed by phone in June, before schedules are loaded.
