Qualifications                

  • Scouts selling Trail's End products only

Legal Disclaimer: This Storefront Promotion is effective November 3, 2023 at 12:01 am ET through November 5, 2023 at 11:59pm ET (for the purpose of this promotion only, the “Promotion Term”). During the Promotion Term, Qualified Prize Program Scouts affiliated with a BSA council engaged in Trail’s End Storefront sales with a properly documented shift registered on the Trail’s End App are eligible to participate. Qualifying shifts that are (i) a minimum of two hours, (ii) have at least one (1) Qualified Prize Program Scout working per shift at a Storefront, and (iii) generate $500 or more in sales per-hour per-Scout participating in the shift, shall entitle each Prize Program Scout participating in the qualifying shift to receive an award of one (1) TE Rewards Program points for every qualifying dollar of sales per-hour per-Scout beginning at dollar one. (Example 1, if 3 Scouts work a 2 hour shift and register $3,000 of qualifying sales during such shift, each Scout shall receive five hundred (500) TE Rewards Program points; Example 2, if 3 Scouts work a 2 hour shift and register $2,999 of qualifying sales during such shift, no TE Rewards Program points shall be awarded; Example 3, if 3 Scouts work a 2 hour shift and register $4,500 of qualifying sales during such shift, each Scout shall receive seven hundred and fifty (750) TE Rewards Program points). However, qualifying shifts that are (i) a minimum of two hours, (ii) have at least one (1) Qualified Prize Program Scout working per shift at a Storefront, and (iii) generate $1,000 or more in sales per-hour per-Scout participating in the shift, shall, in the place of, and not in addition to, the foregoing calculation, entitle each Prize Program Scout participating in the qualifying shift to receive an award of two (2) TE Rewards Program points for every qualifying dollar of sales per-hour per-Scout beginning at dollar one. (Example 1: if 3 Scouts work a 2 hour shift and register $6,000 of qualifying sales during such shift, each Scout shall receive two thousand (2,000) TE Rewards Program points total; Example 2, if 3 Scouts work a 2 hour shift and register $9,000 of qualifying sales during such shift, each Scout shall receive three thousand (3,000) TE Rewards Program points total). In the event the resulting dollar average results in a fraction, the points will be rounded down to the next whole dollar. Only sales of Trail’s End products shall constitute qualifying sales under this promotion (including Trail’s End American Heroes donation program sales). A Prize Program Scout may receive TE Rewards Program points under this promotion on multiple occasions during the Promotion Term if they participate in multiple qualifying shifts. All sales during participating shifts must be logged as Storefront sales via the Trail’s End App as they occur. All potentially qualifying sales are subject to final review by Trail’s End, in its sole discretion. Trail’s End reserves the right to disqualify storefront sales that have been consolidated or bulk entered from this promotion.
