Why can't my Scouts sign up for shifts?

If the Scouts can see the storefronts, but are unable to sign up, check that the sign up time is in the past.

  1. Go to Manage Storefronts™.
  2. Click the down arrow under the storefront.
  3. Check the Registration Begin time.
  4. Edit if necessary
  5. Check each store if necessary


If the Scout cannot see any storefront options, ask the Scout to check that they are in the correct unit. 

  1. In the Trail's End App, select the 'Settings' gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. The Scout's unit displays right below the Scout's name.
  3. If necessary, tap 'Edit' to update it.
