If the Scouts can see the storefronts, but are unable to sign up, check that the sign up time is in the past.
- Go to Manage Storefronts™.
- Click the down arrow under the storefront.
- Check the Registration Begin time.
- Edit if necessary
- Check each store if necessary
If the Scout cannot see any storefront options, ask the Scout to check that they are in the correct unit.
- In the Trail's End App, select the 'Settings' gear icon in the upper right corner.
- The Scout's unit displays right below the Scout's name.
- If necessary, tap 'Edit' to update it.
