Online orders are those submitted at www.trails-end.com with direct shipping from Trail's End to the customer. Note: If you submitted a wagon sale order for your customer, the Scout obtains the products to fulfill wagon sale orders from your Unit Leader and delivers to the customer.
For Online Orders
Option 1: Your customer can check the status of their own order, please see: How can I check the status of my order? They will also receive a shipping confirmation when their package ships.
Option 2: You can review the status in your app or on the website. The following statuses can be seen:
- Complete: Order is complete/has shipped.
- Paid: Order has been paid and is awaiting fulfillment processing.
- Received: Order is in the process of being packaged to ship.
- Processing: Order is awaiting processing, typically because it has a pre-order item in it. Please see When will pre-order products be shipped?
Option 3: Contact us with the order number for more information.
