How do I change the password for my Scout account?

Option 1: Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen

1. Tap ‘Forgot password?’ on the login screen.
2. Select if you want to receive the password reset link via email or phone.
3. Enter your username and phone or email address. This must match what is associated with your account.
4. Tap the ‘Send Link to Reset Password’ button.
5. You’ll receive a text or email with a link and can update your password using that link.
   • Passwords must contain 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character

Option 2: Change password from Settings

1. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner
2. Tap Change Password
   • You’ll need to enter your username and current password to update your password
3. Enter and confirm your new password.
   • Passwords must contain 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character

Option 2: Change password from Account Info

1. Go to https://portal.trails-end.com

2. Click on the Sign In Info section to expand.
   
   
   

3. Enter and confirm your new password. Click the Update Password button.

   • Passwords must contain 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character
