How can I add additional contacts for MFA?

While you can only have one account per Scout, you can add additional contacts to receive the Multifactor Authentication code.

In the app:

1. Log into your account
2. Click the 3 lines in the upper left corner to open the menu
3. Click Settings, then Account Info
4. Click MFA Delivery Authentication Contacts
5. Click New + 
6. Enter the email address or phone number
7. Click save

On the website (https://portal.trails-end.com/): 

1. Log into your account 
2. Click the down arrow under your Scout Code in the upper left corner
3. Click Account Info
4. Click Mutli Factor Authentication 
5. Click +Add Contact 
6. Enter the email address or phone number
7. Click save
