In most cases, doing the following will resolve the issue:
In the app: Click Rewards > click Gift Cards > click Email Gift Card History.
On the Website: click Rewards > scroll to the bottom > click Email Gift Card History.
You will receive an email. Click the 'Download Gift Card History' to retrieve your new code. The code will be in Column C.
Tip: Check spam/junk folders.
Tip: The email will go to the email address on the account.
Tip: Gift card links are time sensitive, however you can always request a new Gift Card History be sent.
