I received an error to contact Customer Service when attempting to claim my reward.

In most cases, doing the following will resolve the issue:


In the Trail's End Scout app - click Rewards - click Gift Cards - click Email Gift Card History. 


On the Trail's End Website - click Rewards - scroll to the bottom - click Email Gift Card History


You will receive an email; click the "Download Gift Card History" and find your code in the attached report. 


Tip: The email will go to the email address on the account.
