App Orders Not Showing in History or Popcorn System

I am unable to confirm an order and payment that were made via the Trails-End app.  The app has a link for Order History, but I keep getting an error message when clicking on it.  The customer said the transaction reflected in his bank account; however, I also tried to verify the order through the Popcorn System and I don't see any app orders reflected.  The Popcorn System has the "Reporting" tab to generate various reporting including app sales, but none of the reports generated any information.  Is this a major glitch in the Popcorn System and app?  It is frustrating with so many errors and not getting the information needed.  Can someone please help?
