I order for a Cub Scout fundraiser and when the package arrived the Carmel Corn bag was open and the contents were all over the box and invoice.
Please let me know how you will resolve this issue
Yes, they responded asking for all kinds of info. Expiration date, time stamp, bag #, where I purchased all so they could turn it over to quality control. They never mentioned if they were going to send out another bag. I sent them all the information and have not heard back yet

Shipping box was damaged and bag of popcorn was open. Popcorn all over the place. Are you going to replace it?
