Every level stacks

Crossroads Quest rewards are cumulative. A Scout who completes Level 2 also receives the Level 1 rewards. A Scout who completes Level 3 receives the rewards from all three levels. Standard Trail’s End Rewards are also earned based on the Scout’s sales total.

How sales qualify

  • Legitimate storefront, wagon/door-to-door, online, and Heroes and Helpers sales qualify when processed through the Trail’s End system during the eligible sale period.

  • Qualification is based on legitimate gross retail sales recorded by November 8, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. ET, subject to verification and audit.

  • Each Scout must use their own individual Trail’s End account.

  • Multiple Scouts may not combine or record sales under one Scout profile. If account sharing is identified, all Scouts involved may be disqualified.

  • Storefront sales distributed automatically through Trail’s End’s Unit-level sales-splitting system are permitted.

  • The program is exclusive to registered Crossroads of America Council Scouts, who must remain registered through reward fulfillment.

Bonus point delivery

Crossroads Quest bonus points will be reviewed and issued weekly during the sale. When a Scout reaches a qualifying level, the applicable bonus points are added to the Scout’s Trail’s End Rewards balance. A Scout who passes multiple levels before a weekly issuance receives all applicable newly earned bonuses. Bonus-point issuance remains subject to verification and audit.

  • Includes one standard camp cup marked with an unlimited-refill identifier and unlimited free slushie refills during normal service and operating hours.

  • The Scout is responsible for the cup after issuance. Lost, stolen, or damaged cups will not be replaced.

  • Slushies are subject to normal operating hours, product availability, and equipment operation.

  • No alternate reward, cash value, point value, or future-year extension is provided if the Scout does not attend an eligible session.

Colts gameday experience

  • Every $10,000 Scout earns one ticket for the Scout and one ticket for a parent or legal guardian.

  • All attending $10,000 Scouts and their attending parent or guardian participate in a postgame on-field group photo.

  • The five highest-selling Scouts each earn two pregame sideline passes—one for the Scout and one for their attending parent or legal guardian.

  • The event is anticipated to be a January 2027 Colts home game against Jacksonville; exact date, game time, and details are subject to confirmation.

  • Scout must attend with a parent or legal guardian, complete required Trail’s End waivers, and receive parent/guardian authorization for Trail’s End photo and video use.

  • No alternate game, cash value, reward points, replacement prize, or substitute experience is provided if the Scout or parent cannot attend.

Top 5 ranking and tie-breaker

The Top 5 Scouts will be determined by total legitimate retail sales recorded through the Trail’s End app and online during the eligible selling period of August 14 through November 8, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Rankings remain subject to Trail’s End verification and audit.

If two or more Scouts finish with the same total qualifying retail sales, the Scout with the higher verified storefront sales-per-hour figure will receive the higher ranking. Trail’s End calculates storefront sales per hour using storefront retail sales attributed to the Scout during worked storefront shifts divided by verified storefront hours worked. Trail’s End system records control all calculations and final rankings.

Championship belt

Every $10,000 Scout earns one exclusive 2026 Crossroads Quest Championship Belt. The design is personalized for the 2026 season but is not individually personalized with Scout names. Belts are expected in early spring 2027. Delivery or presentation details will be announced later.

Collectible patches

Scouts earn one collectible patch for each completed level. Scouts completing all three levels receive the full three-patch collection. Patches are expected to be distributed during spring 2027. Additional delivery information will be announced during fall 2026.
