New for 2026: your unit will be able to split shifts from a reservation you're unable to use, without releasing the entire reservation. This gives you more flexibility when only part of a shift block doesn't work for your unit, instead of an all-or-nothing choice.

Previously, units had two options: release the whole reservation or contact our support team to split it manually. This year, we're introducing a self-service option that lets you split reservations on your own, quickly and easily.
