How do I send a 'Thank You' to a customer who purchased online?

We recommend personally thanking customers by using your own email, text, phone call, or other method. This helps ensure your message is received and doesn’t get caught in a spam filter.


If you’d like to use the built-in thank-you feature on our website, you can do so by following these steps:


  1. Log in at portal.trails-end.com
  2. Go to the Online Sales page
  3. Click the 'Thank Customer' button next to the order
