How do I invite Scouts to register for an account?

1. Sign in to your Unit Leader Dashboard

2. At the top of the dashboard, click on the envelope next to 'Invite Your Scouts'. 

    

    

3. A modal will display where you can enter the information for the Scouts you want to invite. Add their first and last name, parent’s name, and email address. If you need to invite more than one Scout, click the button to 'Add 1 More Scout'. We recommend copying and pasting from an existing list you may have.

    

    

4. Once all the Scouts have been added, check the box to agree to the Terms of Use and click the button to Send Invites. Scouts will receive an email from Trail’s End to complete their registration.


Note: Alternatively, Scouts can self-register at https://portal.trails-end.com/registration or by clicking 'Register' on the main login screen of the app. If you direct Scouts to self-register, you can give them your unit code to make it quick and easy to link to the correct unit: What is a Unit Code and how it is used?
