Why is 'a particular store' not listed?

Trail's End strives to schedule prime hours at prime locations based on foot-traffic and demographic analysis in each area. If a prime location store is not listed, it may be that we did not get confirmation from the store. Trail's End publishes a list of stores that were contacted for each Council. Please refer to the list for more information. For more information, see How can I get a copy of the storefronts contacted in my Council?


The list will indicate if the store was: 

1) booked by Trail's End

2) was not booked, but is available to call by units

3) was not booked and should not be called. 


If the store is not listed, your unit may call directly. 


If the store shows booked and you are not seeing it, the reservations may already be claimed. Please refer to the help article How can I see storefront reservations claimed by other Units?
