How can a Scout sell a Heroes and Helpers Donation custom amount?

There are Gold and Silver standard donation amounts listed in the product lineup. 

To select a custom amount in the app, tap the 'Donate Heroes & Helpers' in the gray bar at the bottom of the screen.

You will receive this screen to choose from other standard options or key in a custom amount.
