Legal Disclaimer: Effective November 5, 2023 at 08:00 pm ET through November 12, 2023 at 07:59pm ET (for the purpose of this promotion only, the “Promotion Term”), all online sales (online sales defined as sales recorded via Trail’s End APP or via Trail’s End website utilizing the Prize Program Scout’s unique identifying code as provided via the Trail’s End App), during the Promotion Term, of Trail’s End Heroes and Helper’s Donations, will result in Trail’s End tripling the amount of product donated to Heroes and Helpers Donation recipients applicable to such online sales (Example: a $20 Heroes and Helpers donation made by online sale will result in Trail’s End donating $40 retail, resulting in $60 retail delivered to Heroes & Helpers, of product). Donation recipients shall be selected in the sole discretion of Trail’s End. All donations made by Trail’s End shall be in the form of Trail’s End product. This promotion shall not increase or modify any Scout, Unit, or Council commissions or reward points related to applicable online sales. All potentially qualifying sales are subject to final review by Trail’s End, in its sole discretion.
