Yes, units may continue selling remaining 2025 inventory after the official selling season ends, as long as the guidelines below are followed.
Up until December 31, 2025 at 6:59 PM ET
Scouts can continue using the Trail’s End app
Payments may be accepted via cash or credit card
Leaders can also record cash Scout (wagon) sales through the Leader Portal
December 31, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET – March 31, 2026 at 6:59 PM ET
Scouts cannot use the app to record 2025 sales
Leaders may still record CASH Scout (wagon) sales only in the Leader Portal
Before entering the sale:
Change the selling campaign in the upper right-hand corner to 2025 Selling Campaign
Credit card sales are not available during this period
As of March 31, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET
Scouts cannot use the app to record 2025 sales
Leaders cannot record any 2025 sales in the Leader Portal
Do not record 2025 sales in the system after this point, as it may cause issues with your 2026 selling season
If inventory remains after this date:
Sales and payments must be handled outside of the Trail’s End system
Please do not sell any products beyond the marked Best By date.
