Scout Sales (also called Wagon Sales) are sales you make directly to customers, such as friends, family, or door-to-door.
How Do I View My Scout Sales?
Trail’s End App
Tap Orders from the dashboard in the Trail’s End app
Your Scout Sales will appear in the list

What Can Be Edited on a Scout Sale?
✅ Delivery status can be updated (Delivered vs. Undelivered)
❌ Items within an order cannot be edited
This means you cannot:
Change products
Change quantities
Add or remove items from an existing order
If a mistake was made when recording the sale, the order may need to be refunded and re-entered and an inventory adjustment made by the leader. See Can I Refund Only Certain Items in a Sale?
How do I filter my orders?
Tap the filter icon in the upper right corner
You can filter by Storefront, Scout Sales, Complete, Refunded, Undelivered/Partially Delivered, Credit Card and Cash
How Do I View Last Year’s Scout Sales?
Last year’s Scout Sales are not available in the app and must be viewed using a web browser.
Log in to your account
Use the year dropdown in the upper right corner
Select the prior year (for example, 2025) to view last year’s data
