Checking the Status of an Online Order

How customers and Scouts can check the status of an online Trail's End order, including available order statuses and how to contact support if additional help is needed.

Online orders are placed at www.trails-end.com and ship directly from Trail’s End to the customer.

Note: If a Scout submitted a wagon sale order, the Scout receives the products from their Unit Leader and delivers them directly to the customer. If you need a status on a wagon sale order, the Scout who placed the order should check with their leader.


Option 1: Customers check their own order status

Customers can view their order status by logging into their account:

  1. Click Sign In and select Consumer Account

  2. Go to Order History

If a customer did not manually create an account, they should log in using the email address entered at checkout.

Note: Customers will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when their order ships.


Option 2: Scouts view a customer’s online order

Scouts can review online order status in the Trail’s End app or on the Trail’s End website.

You may see the following order statuses:

  • Paid – Order has been paid and is awaiting fulfillment

  • Received – Order is being packaged for shipment

  • Complete – Order has shipped

  • Processing – Order is awaiting processing, typically due to a pre-order item
