Legal Disclaimer: This Online Sales Incentive Promotion is effective November 30, 2023, at 07:00 pm ET through December 26, 2023, at 06:59pm ET (for the purpose of this promotion only, the “Promotion Term”). The five (5) individual Prize Program Scouts with the highest cumulative qualifying online sales during the  Promotion Term, as calculated and determined by Trail’s End actual sales data, shall each receive a two-thousand-five-hundred (2500) Trail’s End Reward Points. Online sales are defined as sales recorded via Trail’s End APP or via Trail’s End website utilizing the Prize Program Scout’s unique identifying code as provided via the Trail’s End App. Only qualified Prize Program Scouts affiliated with a BSA council engaged in properly documented Trail’s End online sales, as determined by Trail’s End in its sole discretion, are eligible to participate. The five (5) winning Prize Program Scouts will be notified that they have won by communications based on their Trail’s End App registered contact information by not later than December 31, 2023. The applicable Trail’s End Reward Points will be allocated to the Trail’s End accounts of the five (5) winning Prize Program Scouts within two days of the announcement of the winners. List of winners available on request. All potentially qualifying sales are subject to final review by Trail’s End, in its sole discretion. Trail’s End reserves the right to disqualify sales that have been consolidated or bulk entered from this promotion.
