This Promotion is effective September 2, 2023 at 12:01 am ET through September 4, 2023 at 11:59pm ET (for the purpose of this promotion only, the “Promotion Term”), qualified Prize Program Scouts who complete online sales (online sales defined as sales recorded via Trail’s End APP or via Trail’s End website utilizing the Prize Program Scout’s unique identifying code as provided via the Trail’s End App) during the Promotion Term. The Prize Program Scouts with the twenty-five (25) highest qualifying cumulative online sales totals during the Promotion Term, shall receive two-thousand (2000) TE Rewards Program points. The Prize Program Scouts with the twenty-sixth through fiftieth (26-50) highest qualifying cumulative online sales totals during the Promotion Term, shall receive one-thousand (1000) TE Rewards Program points. The Units with the ten (10) highest qualifying cumulative online sales totals, made by qualified Prize Program Scouts who are members of such Units, during the Promotion Term, shall receive a two-hundred-and-fifty dollar ($250) credit to such Units’ Trail’s End account. Receipt of the forgoing award to qualifying Units is subject to Trail’s End’s prior receipt of a valid form W-9 applicable to such Units. All potentially qualifying sales and prize awards are subject to final review by Trail’s End, in its sole discretion.
