The Trail’s End Scholarship Program officially ended on December 31, 2022. The information below applies to Scouts who qualified for scholarship funds in 2019 or earlier and still have an existing balance.

What was the Scholarship Program?

The Trail’s End Scholarship Program allowed eligible Scouts to earn scholarship funds for post–high school education.

Although the program is no longer active, existing scholarship balances remain with Trail’s End for Scouts who previously qualified.

What happens to my Scout’s scholarship funds now that the program has ended?

  • The Scholarship Program ended on 12/31/22

  • Existing scholarship balances remain with Trail’s End

  • Funds will continue to accrue interest

  • Once your Scout is eligible for payout, the balance may be used for post–high school education in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions


How do I receive a payout from my scholarship account?

To request a scholarship payout:

  1. Complete all required documents listed on the Scholarship Payout Form

  2. Submit the completed documents to [email protected]

Submission deadlines:

  • June 15

  • December 15

Payout timing:

  • Payments are sent directly to the educational institution

  • Processing takes 4–6 weeks after the submission deadline

How do I get my Scout’s scholarship account statement?

To request an account statement, please contact [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist.


I forgot to submit my sales. Can I submit them now?

No. The Scholarship Program was retired on 12/31/22.

  • The final submission form (for 2022 sales) was due by March 31, 2023

  • No additional sales may be submitted
