Recommended Timeline
We recommend sharing materials by the 20th of each month to keep momentum strong and consistent.
Monthly Flow: At the end of each month, you’ll receive content for following month. This allows you to review and schedule communications in advance.
Social Posting Tips (Facebook)
When posting an image + link together:
Write your post copy and paste the link into the text.
Upload the image.
If Facebook generates a link preview:
Click the “X” on the preview.
The link will remain clickable in your caption while your uploaded image displays.
(This avoids Facebook overriding your designed graphic.)
