How does the App handle cash donations that are meant for unit and not as military donations?
The App is only designed to process military donations. Councils have different policies with regard to handling cash donations.

If a customer doesn't want to pay for their product until delivery, is there a way to mark/track payment status in the App (other than marking undelivered)?
No there is not. The App operates under the assumption that payment is required up front. A workaround would be to add “unpaid” into the Customer details.
