If you claimed the gift card and did not receive the email with the claim code, you can retrieve the gift card code through the gift card history.
Log in to your account and select Rewards.
If you are on the website, scroll to the bottom and select Email Gift Card History.
If you are in the app, click the Gift Cards menu at the top and then the Email Gift Card History.
A file with the Amazon code inside will be emailed to the email address on the account. Copy that code to redeem on Amazon.com.
If you still have trouble:
- Check spam/junk folders.
- Check your account info to ensure the email address is correct.
- Email support@trails-end.com with your username and the steps you have taken so far.
