These instructions are for Council Leaders Only.

Under the ‘Contacts’ tab in the Popcorn System, click the magnifying glass icon next to the user. Go to the ‘Roles’ tab

To Add a role

  • Click the 'New Role' button
  • Select Leader, Council, District, and Unit from the drop down menus
  • Click Submit

To Modify a role (Member to Leader, for example)

  • Click the pencil icon under 'Actions'
  • Make necessary edits
  • Click Submit

To Remove a role

  • Click the trash can icon under 'Actions'
  • Click OK
