Online direct within the app and the online store at trails-end.com are the same. Last year, the only way to have products direct-shipped to customers was for them to purchase through your Scout link at www.trails-end.com. This year, there are 2 ways – have customer purchase through the online link/store (same as last year) OR you can record an online order directly through the app. In both scenarios, the product is shipped directly to the customer; no return trip required.
