If you mark a Wagon Sale as undelivered, it will not automatically ship to the customer like and Online Direct order. Wagon sales that are marked undelivered will need to be fulfilled with product obtained from the unit and delivered later. If the customer wishes to have the product shipped to them directly from Trail's End, please utilize the "Online Direct" part of the app.
A couple helpful tips to remember the difference:
1. If you're placing an undelivered wagon order, you won't be required to put in any shipping information. The only info required is a name.
2. If you're placing an undelivered wagon order, there will be no shipping costs. When you place an Online Direct order, you and the customer will see an additional charge for shipping.
3. An undelivered wagon order will allow you to take cash or credit. Online Direct orders will require a credit card payment.
