If you had a Scout accidentally record a sale in the wrong shift or they recorded a sale as a wagon order that should have been a storefront (or vise versa), this can all be corrected. 


Scout recorded sale in wrong shift: 

1. Go to the Storefront Management Page

2. Find the store with the sale that needs moved

3. Click on the arrow on the right hand side of the store and select "View Orders" from the list

4. Click on the arrow next to the order and select change shift when the popup appears


Scout Recorded sale as wagon when it should have been storefront: 

1. Go to the Dashboard and find the Scout in the list

2. Click on the arrow on the right hand side next to the Scout

3. Select view orders from the list and find the sale you need to move

4. Click on the arrow next order and select convert to storefront sale when the popup appears
