Wagon Orders can be viewed in the Trail's End app by going to the Wagon tab. From there, you should see an option for Orders in the bottom left hand side of the page. This should bring up your list of orders in which you can click on to view/edit customer info, change the delivery status, or refund (if in the allotted time period for refunds).
