Please have the Scout or parent double check to make sure the Scout is registered to the correct unit type (Pack/Troop/Crew) and number. If needed, the Scout can update their unit information by clicking the down arrow underneath their profile picture in the upper left-hand corner of their dashboard and clicking ‘Change Unit’. If this does not resolve the issue, please send the Scout’s account username and Council, District, and Unit to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate further.
