Currently, Scouts with sales attached to their account cannot change their unit. Our team is currently working on this functionality to ensure that if a Scout changes their unit that sales amounts, storefronts, rewards, etc. are all properly updated for both units and the Scout. We recommend creating a new account for your Scout and assigning them to the correct unit so they begin the sale in the correct unit. Any wagon sales on the old account can be manually entered into the new account for reporting purposes.
Can I move a Scout to different Unit if they already have a sale attached/system won’t let me move my Scouts?
