Please note that storefront sales can only be refunded on the same day they were made. 
1.    Click the Storefront tab.
2.    Go to My Shifts
3.    Enable Show Past Shifts (if applicable). Past shifts can be enabled by clicking on the filter button on the left hand side under the 3 horizontal menu lines. 
4.    Click the shift.
5.    Click Orders.
6.    Click on the order you wish to refund or swipe left on the order to refund. 
7.    Click Refund
