Please follow the below steps to refund a storefront sale. Please also note that storefront sales can only be refunded on the same day they were made. If a refund is needed after that time, please email us at support@trails-end.com


1.    Click the Storefront tab
2.    Go to My Shifts
3.    Enable Show Past Shifts (if applicable). Past shifts can be enabled by clicking on the filter button on the left hand side under the 3 horizontal menu lines. 
4.    Click the shift that you need to process a refund
5.    Click Orders
6.    Click on the order you wish to refund 
7.    Click Refund
