1.    Click the Storefront tab.

2.    Go to My Shifts.

3.    Enable Show Past Shifts (if applicable).

4.    Click the shift.

5.    Click Orders.

6.    Tap the 3 dots next to the order under the Action column.

7.    Click Refund

*Please note that refunds are only available same day (Scouts) or next day (Leaders).
