The online products and prices are set at a national level and take into consideration a number of factors, including but not limited to: current prices on councils' order forms, online purchasing behavior, warehousing and shipping costs, security costs, credit card fees, and consumer feedback. Additionally, many of the items exclusively offered online are larger than what is offered locally. Products and pricing seen on the local order form are determined by the local council, could vary across the country, and will not match what is seen online.
